rikrak roses

today i made some Rik Rak Roses. The name says it all. these are very cute and easy to make, if you dont mind burning your fingers a half dozen times with the hot glue gun.

To start you will need 2 pieces of rik rak ribbon (the wavy ribbon) of the same length. Weave the two together gluing both ends so it will stay together.
Next you start at one end and roll the woven ribbon up and glue the entire bottom to hold it together. Once the glue is dried, peel the ribbon back around the edges until you like the look of it.
Lastly i glued some lace i had in my stash around the bottom of the rose and that is it. you have just made a rik rak rose! how simple was that?!
